Tapasya Degree College, Lakdikapul Branch, proudly celebrated International Yoga Day under the aegis of the Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) and its Soul Mission Club, reinforcing the institution’s commitment to holistic well-being and mindfulness.

The event served as a powerful platform to promote physical health, mental clarity, and spiritual balance through the ancient practice of yoga. Faculty, staff, and students actively participated in guided yoga sessions, embracing the essence of this year’s theme – “Celebrate the Power of Yoga: Unite Your Body, Mind, and Spirit for a Healthier Tomorrow.”

The celebration not only emphasized the importance of yoga in daily life but also fostered a sense of unity, discipline, and inner peace among participants. Tapasya Degree College continues to encourage such transformative initiatives that nurture overall well-being and support the vision of a balanced and healthy academic environment.

Faculty Development Program on “Leading Change: Faculty as Ambassadors of the Institution”

The Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) of Tapasya Degree College, Lakdikapul Branch, successfully organized a Faculty Development Program (FDP) titled “Leading Change: Faculty as Ambassadors of the Institution” on 14th June, 2025, at Maruthi Gardens, Red Hills, Hyderabad.

This dynamic and transformative session was facilitated by Mr. Ram Jaladurgam, a renowned Leadership and Organizational Development (L&OD) Specialist, Leadership Performance Coach, and Visualization Coach. As the Founder Director of Minds and Dots Consulting, Mr. Jaladurgam brought deep insights into institutional leadership and the pivotal role faculty play in fostering positive change and enhancing institutional branding.

The program emphasized the critical responsibility of educators in driving institutional excellence, embracing innovation, and serving as ambassadors of academic vision and values. With a focus on change management, leadership strategies, and personal effectiveness, this session empowered faculty members with actionable tools to inspire and influence both within and beyond the classroom.
